As many as 80 toothbrush handles are produced every minute and then transported to the bristle-embedding plant. There, Eaton technology enables the exceptional production system. The Eaton XP700 operator interface, combined with the XV102 HMI/PLC, provides powerful functionality and dependability. The rugged infrared touch display of the XP700 ensures superior reliability and meets strict hygiene requirements. Its compact design can be ergonomically integrated into various machines throughout the plant. The XV102 HMI/PLC controls the entire bristle embedding system, while Eaton software provides real-time visualization and seamless project design.
