Scott Hearn

Scott Hearn is president of the global Crouse-Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas organization for Eaton's Electrical Sector. Prior to this role, Hearn served as president, Crouse-Hinds Division, in Eaton's Electrical Sector. Previously he was Eaton's Electrical Northeast regional vice president. He joined Eaton as part of the Cooper acquisition in 2012. 

In 2008, Scott joined Cooper as president, Cooper Notification Business, and gained added responsibility of the Crouse-Hinds Airport Lighting Business in 2012. He has served in a variety of roles including vice president of Commercial Operations at Trane Business for Ingersoll Rand, CEO of GELcore – a GE JV, known today as Current by GE, and has 15 years of service and experience with the General Electric Company. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University, Stern School of Business. 

Scott serves as a site leader of Syracuse's iConnect ERG and is involved in support of the Central New York Boys and Girls Club, The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation and Covenant House, NYC. Recently, he dedicated time to increase his activity at Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.
