SIHA Tannin MOX

SIHA Tannin MOX fining agent is a special tannin for micro-oxidation. It has the same organoleptic properties as natural grape tannins, but without their sometimes negative properties (bitterness and astringency). It is generally used to make up for missing tannins in grape types with lower tannin content or after mash heating. For micro-oxidation, the application is often essential for achieving appropriate tannin/anthocyanin values.
