SIHA Gum Arabic Liquid stabilizer is a 30% liquid gum arabic produced from high-quality Arabic rubber. It consists mainly of polysaccharides and is traditionally used as a protective colloid against copper or iron turbidities in combination with citric acid (0.03 – 0.04 lb/1,000 gal (0.3 – 0.5 g/hl)) and increases the “mouth-feel” of the wine.
By using stabilization products, the beverages are microbiologically and chemically/physically stabilized and their shelf life is increased.
