Ascorbic Acid (E300) is a very pure vitamin C product specially selected for application in wine, champagne, and fruit juice that protects bottled beverages from oxidation.
By using stabilization products, the beverages are microbiologically and chemically/physically stabilized and their shelf life is increased.
