EFV2 proportional flow control valve

The EFV2-10 is a three-port pressure-compensated proportional flow control valve. The valve can be used as a priority flow regulator, with regulated flow being supplied to port 3 and excess flow being bypassed to port 2. If port 2 is blocked, the valve functions as a restrictive, two-way pressure-compensated flow regulator. The size 10 valve is a new addition to the portfolio; size 12 is also available.

PPAR1 pilot-operated proportional pressure reducing/relief valve

The PPAR1 valve is a proportionally controlled, internally pilot-operated spool-type valve. The size 10 valve is capable of handling flows of up to 10 gal/min (37 L/min) at set pressures ranging from 500 to 3,000 psi (35 to 210 bar). PPAR1-10 replaces EPRV3-10.

SLV20 load sensing proportional directional valve

Eaton's SLV20 valve brings load sensing and priority flow sharing to low-flow applications where a traditional cast iron sectional mobile valve is too large and heavy. Designed in sections to enable stacking of multiple functions, the SLV20 utilizes the ESV9 four-way three-position proportional solenoid cartridge valve in a hydraulic integrated circuit concept. Aluminum sections reduce weight, which can increase efficiency, load carrying capability and battery life. A patent-pending multifunction compensator reduces section size by 40%, making the overall system simple and compact.

PAR1 pilot-operated proportional relief valve

The PAR1 valve features a balanced poppet design that allows less pressure variation, resulting in greater stability. The valve is capable of handling flows of up to 35 gal/min (132 L/min) at pressures ranging from 500 to 3,000 psi (35 to 210 bar). Size 10 and size 16 are now available. PAR1-10 and PAR1-16 will replace ERV1-10 and ERV1-16, respectively.

ESV1 proportional flow control valve with manual override

ESV1 is a two-way pressure-compensated poppet-type flow control valve. In the event of power loss to the solenoid, the manual override acts as a safety feature and helps manually release the load. The manual override feature is now available for size 8 and size 10.

NEW DESIGN

SLP13 two-way two-position poppet-type solenoid valve

Eaton’s SLP13 valve is a low-power, low-pressure-drop solution for compact equipment. The size 10 valve reduces power consumption from 29 W to 10 W, which can help extend run time in battery-operated vehicles. The valve's new architecture enables a 50% higher flow rating in the same cavity, which allows OEMs to replace larger valves with smaller ones for a more compact, lightweight system.
