Zari Venhaus

As vice president of Corporate Marketing Communications at Eaton, Zari is responsible for driving enterprise brand positioning, content marketing strategy and marketing operations with a focus on building an engaging customer experience. Over the last 15 years, she has built her career with roles in product marketing communications, brand management and acquisition integration and by building content marketing teams. @zvenhaus

Aravind Yarlagadda 

Aravind Yarlagadda is executive vice president and chief digital officer at Eaton. Prior to joining Eaton, Aravind was most recently executive vice president and general manager, Outcomes Business of Itron, a market−leading company delivering IoT solutions for the utilities and cities industry segments. Throughout his career, Aravind has served in a number of leadership roles including senior vice president, Industry Business for Schneider Electric; vice president, Products, Invensys Operations Management Business for Invensys PLC; and chief technology officer and senior vice president, Product Development for Tyco Industrial Solutions.Aravind currently holds key consultative roles with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the International Society of Automation (ISA) and Smart City Forum. He is also a consulting staff member for the Energy Storage Association (ESA) and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).Aravind has previously served as a board member for Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) and IoT World. He holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree in computer science from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics and instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

Scott Adams 

As president of eMobility at Eaton, Scott Adams is responsible for leading all aspects of the business, leveraging expertise from Eaton’s Electrical and Vehicle Groups for the development of electrified components and power management technology for automotive and commercial vehicles. Scott joined Eaton in 1994 as a project engineering manager and has held numerous positions of increasing scope over his 26-year career with the company. Most recently, he was senior vice president, Product Strategy, Sales and Marketing, eMobility, where he was responsible for developing and executing Eaton’s electrification growth strategy. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a master's degree in engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Scott is currently based in Southfield, Michigan.

Max Wandera

Max Wandera, CISSP, GSLC, is Director of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence at Eaton. Max provides leadership and oversight in the strategic planning, development, and assessment of Eaton products for cybersecurity. He is responsible for Eaton's Secure Product Development Lifecycle policy and compliance, including the research, design, development and implementation of security technologies for products, systems and software applications. His role works cross-functionally with corporate officers, business and functional leaders. Max acts as the voice of Eaton on product cybersecurity matters, interfacing with various government entities, customers, industry forums and other industrial control security organizations.

Ramanath I. Ramakrishnan

Ramanath I. Ramakrishnan is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Eaton. He is responsible for leading Eaton businesses in developing new technologies to increase the company’s ability to create power management solutions for the digital world. He originally joined Eaton in 2005 as a director of corporate technology and later was named senior vice president of technology for the Industrial Sector, where he led significant technology and innovation programs for Eaton’s Aerospace, Hydraulics and Vehicle businesses. In addition, he spent two years in India to launch Eaton’s India Innovation Center in Pune, the company’s largest integrated multibusiness research, development, and engineering organization. Ramanath is a certified professional engineer and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio University and he is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and holds two patents.

Karl Sievertsen

Karl J. Sievertsen is Vice President of Technology CTO within the Eaton's Vehicle Group. In this role, Sievertsen is responsible for directing all engineering activities for the Vehicle Group to ensure that financial, growth, productivity and innovation objectives are met. Sievertsen joined Eaton in 2002 and has held various regional and global positions in the automotive segment of the Vehicle Group. Prior to his current role, he served as VP/GM for the Engine Air Management team. Prior to joining Eaton, Sievertsen worked for over ten years in the automotive market in various engineering leadership and sales roles. Sievertsen was born in Rochester, MI, and received a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.  He is currently based in Galesburg, MI.
