Two-year program with one-year rotations in key growth technology areas, business groups, and geographic locations. Get valuable hands-on experience in design and development engineering.
Supply Chain Management
Two- to three-year program with one-year rotations. Get experience in project management, procurement, trade, logistics, new product development, materials management, or supplier development.
Finance & Accounting
Two- to three-year program with six-month to one-year rotations in a variety of areas. Get experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, group compliance and technical reporting.
Operations for Engineers
Two- to three-year program with one-year rotations in manufacturing facilities. Get experience in manufacturing, engineering, operational excellence, supply chain, quality control, lean manufacturing, supervision and more.

Two-year program with one-year rotations. Get experience in various areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development and more.
Global Leadership for MBAs
Two-year program with one-year cross-functional, cross-business rotations. Opportunities can include roles in supply chain, product marketing, business development and/or manufacturing operations.
Technical Sales
One- to two-year program within our Electrical Sector. Get exposure to outside sales / field sales, account management, distribution, customer support, and inside sales support.
Information Technology & Cyber Security
Two-year rotational program with exposure to business intelligence, systems architecture, IT security, project management, enterprise resource planning, web/ mobile applications, telecommunications and data infrastructure.
Applications Engineering
Two- to three-year program with one-year rotations at our manufacturing facilities. Get experience in our application engineering and sales engineering functions.
