Kieselguhr C 3500 is a coarse diatomaceous earth for clarifying liquids heavily loaded with turbidities in the food and beverage industry. It is also ideally suited for primary precoating.
Kieselguhr (diatomaceous earth) is produced from the silicaceous deposits of microscopic diatoms. The powdery Kieselguhr C 3500 is produced by mixing specially selected particle sizes. It is largely free from non-filtering components such as fine dust and silica sand.
